Currently President, International Operations at Global Tel*Link (GTL), the largest software enabled products and services technology company for the public safety and justice sector.
Prior to GTL, was President Americas at Mobixell Networks Inc., a dominant mobile internet company acquired in Q1 2014 by Flash Networks to form the world leader in mobile internet optimization and monetization. Prior to Mobixell, was COO of Nastel Technologies, a Middleware-Centric Application Performance Management company.
Previously, was CEO of InfoVista SA, a NASDAQ traded Enterprise and Telecom Service Assurance Software Company later acquired by US private equity firm Thoma Bravo; led the company to profitability, launched new products, doubled sales in 3 years, and increased shareholder value +75%.
While based in Europe, served as Managing Director of Platinum Technology -France, Switzerland, and Africa until the company's record-breaking acquisition by Computer Associates. Relocated to the US, served in direct and channels sales leadership roles before being promoted to SVP and GM of CA's Application and Information Management business unit, a $750 Million and thousand-person organization.
Holds a Master’s Degree in Management Information Systems from Dauphine University in Paris as well as a Mathematics and Physics degree. Gad excels in multi-cultural environments with broad international business experience, fluency in four languages and dual citizenship US and France.
